Limit # of ads a user can post.

To cut down on huge potential spam and manually reviewing tons of ads, is there
a way to limit the # of ads a user can post?

if you search the forum here I believe I already answered this question with a link to a plugin that solves your problem... therefore, there is a plugin that does this for you if you can find it.
