Paused ad is not obviously paused

that ad has been paused by me. that should mean that the item is not available at this time.
There should be a configurable message (maybe a pause message) so that if a person happens across it they will get the message that i entered.
for example, this item is on hold for someone that has promised to buy it. I would like to say that it is paused because of that so I dont get any further enquirers.
Or at least a message that this item "has been removed from listing by the ad owner" or something.
