Ad description instead of description of person

How do I change that the ad shows the descrition of the service instead of personal description, see picture below:

The text I marked on the picture above shows the text that you write in "personal description". I want to change this text to show "description of the service" instead.

Also how do I make that the text dont get outside of the box, like in the picture?
