    Ad ID Number........

    I wish to utilize the "Ad Reference ID" number that appears to be automatically and randomly generated for each ad posted as a method of searching for a particular post.

    Is there a way to 'shorten' the ID #? It is currently about 16 - 17 digits long. I would like it to be no more than 7. Is this possible?

    It can still be random and automatically generated... just shorter.
