Add extra info in Paypal payment description?

I'd like to be able to add extra info into the Paypal payment description.

At the moment it is "Classified ad listing on Classipress for 30 days" (example)

I'd like to insert the word "Feature" if its a Feature Ad, and I'd also like to include the ad title.

Eg: "Feature ad 'Used camera lenss' on Classpiress for 30 days"

I realise this can be done in paypal.php - I'm just wondering how to insert the ad title, and check if its a Feature ad?
