add keyword to permalink structure

Hi, I want to add a keyword to the permalink structure for ad listings (NOT FOR BLOG POSTS).
At this point I have www.mysite.com/?ad_listing=9th-misc-ad
The permalink structure settings are set on default.
What I want to achieve is to have: http://www.mysite.com/imobiliare/?ad...ng=9th-misc-ad
That would be a good thing, the perfect achievement would be: http://www.mysite.com/imobiliare-%ci...ng=9th-misc-ad
where %city% could be also $city in the php's ....
