Adding the category dropdown (homepage link)to a custom nav bar

Hi all,

Is it possible to add the category dropdown link found on the homepage screen of classipress (Latest version) to the menu area found here:

Appearance>menus

I have a custom navbar that I want to add the ad-categories link to.

I can add individual categories but not the main category link that holds the entire category list.
