Adding ClassiAlerts button under refine results

I have classialerts and to add the button for email alerts the instructions are
"add this code to embed ONLY the button anywhere on the page: <?php do_action('classialerts_ui'); ?>"

I think it would look best below the "refin results" button on the advanced search sidebar.

Any tips on where I would need to add the code to achieve this?
