Adding a Currency Symbol

Hi, I am doing business with South Africans and our currency smbol here is "R" . I am aware that this is not a paypal supported symbol and made provision that advertisers can pay in $ via paypay or in R via wire. I would however like to change the $ symbol with the R in my ads.
