Adding pictures to a page

I am a little new to this so this may be an easy one, or not.

I would like to have a page on the classipress that allows users to upload images and scroll through them. I am building the classified ads part of the site but also want to have other content on the site. Are there any wordpress plugins or anything that anyone can recommend? Sort of like a hot-or-not system but I dont need the voting, just a simple lightbox that allows people to keep looking at pictures.
