    Adding a second button next to post an ad.

    I want to ad a second fixed button "Sign Up Now" next to post an add. I have no idea how to ad it there fixed and wont be effected by different sized monitors. I also dont know how to make it link to a different page. I know I have to modify theme-header.php but, I have no idea what to do.
