affiliate partner referrel, is it possible to implement into classipress?

Hi there,

I just wanted to ask you a question or maybe you can help with this.

I'm thinking about this idea I have, I want to create "partner referrel system" or "peer recommendations system" I want to encourage users to refer their friends onto my site. if they do this I will pay them a cash prize on every sale they reffered - cash prize is made to them every week, so long as their friend is a paying advertiser on my site. ( because my site is local, I will be charging users a weekly fee)

I would like to keep things very simple, NO affiliate links would needed, just "referred by" option. I will also need a tracking system for me and my client(s) (dashboard for payments made, sales and also updates if user decide to cancel advertising on my site)

Do you have any idea how I would go about achieving this? would their be a plugin for me to do this exact job? or maybe you would like a job? Do you think this is possible with classipress? I'm really serious about implenting this into my site. Your help is much appreciated
