    Allowing a blogger

My CP website caters for the camping / touring market but I want to add the ability for 'guest bloggers' to be able to blog about their camping / touring experiences and campsite reviews. I would like to create a new page where my users can access these blogs but at the moment, when a user logs into my website, all they can do is post an ad. Obviously my bloggers wont be posting an ad so what would be the best way for my bloggers to create an account and only have access to the blogging page?

I hope that makes sense, but I will try to be clearer if not :-/

    Many thanks!
