Any idea how to change contact-side bar to send an sms instead of an email?

Does anyone have an idea upon how the contact-sidebar could send an sms to the advert poster instead of an email?

The reason I ask, is that the users of my site most prefer to contact one another via sms as it is far more efficient than email. However, advert posters whilst happy to give their email (as they know it remains hidden to users) are less inclined to give their phone number within the advert details itself.

Naturally, this isn't going to involve merely an editing of php but also a paid sms solution. I have looked for plugin related to this but without success!
