Banner 570x120 between Search Bar and Listings

Howdy Friends -

I have been scouring the board for the past few days looking for a post that covered this topic. A few came close but nothing quite hit the nail on the head.

I have a client that would like to place a 570x120 banner on my site. They will provide the banner, I just need to figure out where to place it in the code. Usually I can dig around a little and through trial and error, figure it out. However this time I am drawing a blank.

Does anyone know where I would need to place the code for it to show up in the correct place. I have attached two images, one is a screenshot of where the banner should go and the other is the actual banner (in case you want to see it).
