Bolding lines in the email sent to the ad poster

Hi - I'm trying to figure out how to BOLD some lines in the email that is sent via "contact the poster" sidebar

I've inserted some lines that will help the ad poster see who's actually emailing them and their name and I wanted to bold these lines as well to make them stand out in the basic text email.

Also, is there any way of using an HTML email instead of a basic text email to the ad poster?
