Cache problem

I'm using google chrome.
when i login, it redirects me back to the homepage but it is a cache page. so, it shows register and login, instead of dashboard and log out.
and if i press login again, nothing happen cause im alr log in. how to solve this problem? i din use any cache plugin for now.
