Can I integrate ClassiPress and Vantage Theme into one wordpress installation?

Dear forum members,

I am running a ClassiPress wordpress classifieds website. Now, I intend to integrate the Vantage theme into my existing website.

This way, I want to use the Vantage features with my current theme design. Users that register with my current website should be able to sign in to ClassiPress and Vantage as well with the same login details(single-sign-on). Is that possible? Do I have to customize the code base? How much time do I need to perform such an integration approximately? Is there support from AppThemes to perform such an integration? How about the costs?
