Can't add "Featured Ads"

I'm working with classipress 3.3 and WordPress 3.5.2 MU.

Like I say in title, I click on "Featured Ad (sticky)" box and save (Update button) but the ads still appear as a "normal" ads. When I comeback to "edit ads" the Featured Ad (sticky) box it's not selected

I try to add new featured ads from frontpage without luck. Send it to payment, I approve the payment (bank transfer) but never see it featured.

Anyone with similar problems?
