    Question cant modify theme-footer .. in my child theme

    i read the following thread :

    Dublicate Footer

    but i dont seem to be able to unhook the "cp_do_footer" and adding my own action.

    where shall i put the hook & unhook code ?

    if any one had any similar situation and was able to solve it ... please help

    i am using cp 3.1.6 as a parent theme + my own customized child theme. ofcourse i am running things on local machine till i finish the main mods
