    Category depth issue on 3.1

    I have just upgraded to 3.1. After this, menu and home page displays wrong listings. Category Depth 1 shows items from Category Depth 2

    eg. My depth 2 has a)cars for sale b) cars wanted

    When I chose category depth 2 it displays
    >Cars for sale
    > Acura

    Acura is the first item from the category depth 3.

    How can I solve this?
