    Category ordering using taxonomy mod no longer works?

    I'm using classipress 3.1.5 and I see on this forum that many people are reporting that the 'Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order' plugin is working for them. however, it's not working for me, nothing is showing up in the taxonomy tab to sort under ads or posts in classipress. any suggestions? thanks
