Change Description heading to other text

I have two places where I would like to change the text on the website. I know this means changing the code. I will have my website guy do this as I do not know enough to mess with code.

Here are the two areas where I want the text changed.
1) In the ad, under the pictures and above the phone number it says "Description". I would like this to read "Click the images above to view their coupons". Where in the code could I make that change. To see exactly where I mean go here: Mike

2) On the main page, it says "Ad Categories" in the heading of the box where the categories are listed.. I would like to change this text as well. Where in the code do I find and make this change?

Thanks for your help. I am sure this is very simple but I want to give my website guys good and accurate info on how to do this.
