    Change footer Powered by Wordpress

    I just need to edit the footer that says Classifieds Ads Software |Powered by WordPress. I've found different instructions on this forum and some don't work. I just need to know how and where to change it to:
    Website by <a href="http://firepointmedia.com/">Firepoint Media</a>
