Change the Price Wrap For a phone number

Hi I just Took out the decimal in the price format so this way people will put ther phone number instead the price for the ad

I deleted the line of code $price_out = cp_price_format($price_out);

at line 790 in themfunctions.php
is there any better way to delete decimal and coma in the price so i can put phone numbers instead or just to remplace the coma with a dash (-) for area code ex: 785-968-9696
