Changing the category hover over page.

Hello does anyone know where I can find the hover page for categories. What I mean is when you go to the top of the page and hover over categories it shows the home page categories. But how can I make that a little wider and also have the headings like they are on the home page. Meaning say where I have COMMUNITY (and then the words in brackets small).
