Changing Thousand to K and Millions to M ?

I have goolged around and could not find anyone ask for this, hopefully the solution will be here and everyone else could use it too.
My classipress site, http://www.sellnbuy.com.hk, will have properties and business post.
They tend to be over millions of dollar and it is hard to read when they have 8 or 9 zeros at then end.

Is there anyway I could change thousands to K and millions to M?
