ClassiPress 3.1 "Advanced search" information request

I (and I am sure many others) would appreciate very much if we could get some insight/explanation as to how the new "Advanced Search" is being implemented for ClassiPress 3.1. The lack of any region search functionality thus far has been a huge gap for me and held back development of my planned sites all together. I hold out hope that 3.1 will close this gap and satisfy my requirements.

I need for end users to be able to perform the below:

1. Select the desired ad category.
2. Select the desired Country.
3. Select the State/Province/Prefecture. The options here would be populated based on the country selected.
4. Select the City. The options here would be populated based on the State/Province/Prefecture selected.


The output would display the ads in the selected Category, Country, State/Province/Prefecture and City.

Is this something that will be possible with ClassiPress 3.1? Appreciate any information you can provide on this matter. Thank you.
