Classipress Child theme

Hi,

I am wondering becoz i create child theme for classipress !!!

In child theme editor i only can see style.css file WHY???
So if i have to modify anything like in function.php or featured.php where im gona find the file???

Do i have to copy paste the whole classipress file from the main theme to child theme???

if i have copy whole file do i have to copy the style.css file too??? becoz i already have it with child theme???
