Classipress: Create menus with submenus

Hello, Samcy recommended to post this question here:

I would like to know how to create menus (on the top menu) that when you hover on them, the submenus appear, just as it happens with the Categories submenu.

I mean, in the top menu there are the Menus: Home, Categories, Contact
When I hover on the Categories, the categories appear automaticly below.
I want to create another menu: Utilities, and when I hover on it, there appear other optiones:

Utilities
- Packaging
- Funtionalities
- ...
