ClassiPress: How do i modify my page and add a text to my Logo on the top page

Hi, this is my page - http://www.maasbesafreelist.com/ -

I have couple questions:

1. I want to add this MAASBESA Free List next to my Logo on the top page. How can I do this?

2. In this page: http://www.maasbesafreelist.com/about/ - I want to modify my own page. I can see there several templates I could use, but none of them suits my need. How can i add or delete what goes in each page?
For example, I used the template " Full Width Page", but I want to get rid of "Leave Reply"

3. Also on above "Listing for Bikes" I want to add "Avoid Scams, Personal Safety Tipcson, etc. - http://www.maasbesafreelist.com/ad-category/bikes/ -
