Classipress + WPMU Rules?

Are there any special rules about what we can do with our classipress license with regards to wpmu?

What edition do we need for wpmu use? Can I use ClassiPress Professional Edition with wpmu?

Also, can we offer classipress classifieds sites to potential customers and charge them monetarily to host their site via wpmu?

Are there any other rules involved?
