    Contact Terms

    I need a Plugin for the contact form.
    I need a link to Terms (iframe) and checkbox. Like this site http://kontera.dk/ if you click on momsfri ifølge § 19 UStG
    ekskl. fragt     then open a ifram / popup with text.

    I need this plugin for spam and for user who will spam to publisher.

    Any idea??
