CP registrations with aol email addresses go to spam folder

I had a member email me today asking why he didn't receive his password.

I asked him to check his spam folder (still waiting to hear back).

He has an aol address, so I signed up for a free email account at aol and tested a registration on my CP site with this aol email. Sure enough the password/registration email landed in my spam folder.

I tested again on David's demo site and the registration again landed in the spam folder.

Is this specific to all Wordpress registrations?

How can we prevent this?
