Creating wiki-like pages in Classipress

Hello all!
So I'm creating a site for expats in my area and want them to able to give advice to other people that use the site and do not speak the local language. Is there any way I can let them edit and insert text into a wikipedia-like field safely? I've looked into this today but as I am no computer wiz I'm creating more questions then answers for myself. I don't actually want to create one of those Wiki sites (like MediaWiki) - there will not be enough material for a site like that. I just want customizable fields that can be edited once you're logged in.
I'm truly stuck as this could make or break the site.
