CSV importer not uploading the whole csv file

Hi, i am using classipress version 3.3.
I want to import some ad listings using the classipress importer plugin. i have around 3000 listings that i need to import.
I have split the csv file so it is done in batches. on a csv file there are 100 listings.
However when i import it only imports around 60 listings and then stops. All the listings include image attachments.
However when i remove the ad listing image attachments, all 100 listings will import. I don't know what the issue is.
I have attached a snippet of the csv file on how it looks. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this.
Furthermore i have configured the php ini to the following but still no joy.
