Custom Field - date

Is it possible to add "date" and "email" as custom field types for our forms?
I would like to add events & tournaments as a category, but would need to be able to input date, and sort by date.
Also, some "users" might be organizations that post events or jobs and want the inquiries sent directly the event organizer, or to the hiring manager, not the the master account. Is there a way to do that?
