Custom pricing options in Ad Packs

We are looking to enhance the payment system. Our desired way would be by adding to the Ad-Packs function. For example.

Create Ad packs and be able to select the categories the Ad Pack can apply to. So if we had Ad Categories A, B ,C we could create several Ad Packs and assign to only certain categories as show with the category in brackets beside the Ad Pack.

Very much like you do for the for the custom forms


1 Day ad for 1.00 ( A Category Only )
1 Day ad for 5.00 ( B Category Only )
2 Day ad for 2.00 ( A Category Only )
2 Day Ad for 10.00 ( B Category Only )
10 Day Ad for 10.00 ( A Category Only )
10 Day Ad for 50.00 ( B Category Only )
And so on .... I think you should get the idea.

So question is does a plugin exist to do this, could one be written or could a enhanced "Selective Category Ad pack" be added as a plugin ?
What would the cost be to write a custom module ? Any offers ? Or has someone already done this and would like to share their code changes ?

Or does anyone know of a existing plugin or child theme that does this.
