Custom submission form

Hello,

I was thinking of creating a custom form for ad submissions, but it´s not for ads..It´s for creating a CV (Curriculum vitae). As for now, the custom fields shows up at the right of the picture in the ad..i would like the custom fields to show up like the description field, under the picture. Each field shall have the title of it´s field above them. I just want them to show their cv instead of an ad. Is this easy to do? Is there a plugin for this.. Is it possible to pick several categories at once to post an ad (cv) in?
