Deleted users still posting

Hi! I'm having issues deleting some annoying users. They are still able to post ads, even though I deleted them. I went to "users", I checked all the users that I wanted to delete, choose "delete" and then "apply". But still, they can login with the same username without registering again. I even create a account myself, deleted it, and login with the same account, and I was able to login. I'm kind of lost.
Do anyone know have the same issue?
