    Duplicate Categories

    Is there anyway duplicate Sub-Categories can be created without having to manually type out each one?

    Eg.

    Category = London
    Sub-Category = Nights Out

    Category = Manchester
    Sub-Category = Nights Out

    Category = Birmingham
    Sub-Category = Nights Out

    So for 3 different categories, I have the same named Sub-Category 3 times...
