Editing of the headers and other parts- Can it be done?

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to:

1) Rename the heading “Categories” to something else?
2) To replace the word “Listings” to something else where it list the items for a category (ie. Listing for …)?
3) Is it also possible to change the “AD REFERENCE ID:…” To read Listing ID: ?
