Yes I know, I am getting annoying with it.

But it's necessary and I am not yet used to the apptheme forums prefixes, but in this case I have been away from Classipress for years, so I need to get used to the forum again.

Now I am not going to explain what I mean again, but everyone using Classipress in EU or selling ad space to end users in EU will have to comply with the new VAT rules for online services.
Which simply means when your end user is an individual you have to apply the VAT rate of his residence/location (see my other topics for more explanation) instead of the VAT rate of the seller's residence, like it used to be.
