Feature Ad Slider & Master.css

Hi All,

I found this thread to be exactly what I wanted to do to improve the look of my feature ad slider. Then I discovered through other threads that the master.css file does not exist in the current version of Classipress. Like another forum member, I tried editing the master-rtl.css file that looked like the same code, and it did nothing to change my featured ad slider. I found some other general discussion about the lack of a master.css file in the current update, but I can't really figure out how to accomplish what was discussed in this thread in the current version.

The sites that have this fix look so much more professional. Why isn't this the standard format?
