Featured Ads First
Not sure if 3.17 or 3.18 addresses this or not but I can't seem to find a straight answer in any thread. I would like to change how the ads are displayed on my site (using 3.1.7).

I prefer all Featured Ads in any given Category to be displayed first before all regular ads with the most recent showing first in both cases. Finally have all featured ads in a search to show first in the search results.
