    Featured Listing Placeholders

    Hello everyone.

I was wondering if there is a way to use placeholders ( images ) for the featured listing area when it is not full. Say for instance, I have only 2 featured listing, can I have little banners like the size of the regular feature listing image to display for people to see something, instead of the same image of the 2 featured listings. A place holder to take up space with maybe a banner that says Advertise Here or Feature Your Listing Here.

Here is an example - look at how they did it and there is also a link to add your listing - http://www.kijiji.ca/h-cornwall-on/1700133

Thanks for your help and advice.
