Featured Ribbon

Hi,

I know there have been a few topics asking for this mod that was created on the old version of the software, however as i am running version 3.0.5.3 and require some help.

The mod i require is for featured ads to be highlighted a different colour and for the featured image to have the banner ribbon of featured text displayed, this is to take affect on the index.php so that when end users browse the website homepage they can see the featured ads better

I have tried doing this my self but with no luck, sadly my coding skills are not great so I am willing to pay for assistance so if any one can get this to work please pm me the rate for this work
