    Featured Ribbon for ad-listings & returned at top in Search and Category

    I have some ideas on how to do this but I have no more free time and I just finished adding a featured ribbon to my Featured Carousel. I will share how I did that in 3.0.5.3 but I am looking for 6 people to join in a group buy for development of the Featured Ribbon for ad-listings and then returning those featured ads at the top of the Search.php and the Archive.php (category browsing).
