Used Only for local listing only..so there is only 1 state and 1 country. (NY, USA)

1) How to make State and Country fields - hidden
How to make a state and country field hidden AND assign default (NY, USA)
So they don't have to select state and country.
(same on Ad Listing / Edit)

2)How to change Checkbox values display on single ad page.

From:
Color: Black/Gray, Blue, Brown/Beige, Green, Other/Custom

To:
Color:
Black/Gray
Blue
Brown/Beige
Green
Other/Custom

3) Address display on Google Map

From:
Ad Title
123 Any Street, New York, NY 10016

To:
Ad Title
