    Fixed imagesize without opertunity to click on them

    Hi, I want to use the "picture" as a place where companies can put their company logo. I want the picture to resize to a fixed size(if possible) and I want to remove the option where you can click on it to get it bigger. I also want it to show full size in the front page on the site, so the whole logo shows, instead of a cropped one.

    Can someone help me with this, or tell me how to fix, so I can do it myself?
